The Volkswagen is now seeking to take its spot as a top ten Taxi cab in every major global city. The old Chevrolet Caprice was seen as the only kind of Taxi in New York and California for a very long time. Then, it was the Toyota Camry. Now, it is the Prius by Toyota. Hyundai has become a popular Taxi with its Ionic 5. Volkswagen wants this position as the major Taxi cab company in all European cities with its hybrid and regenerative vehicles.

It is rumoured that Porsche will be coming out finally with a Porsche 911™ Hybrid, using regenerative braking technology for the 2023 model year and that all Volkswagen products , including the Arteon and the Atlas will offer hybrid models for 2023 that will appear in show rooms for September 2022. In fact, the Idea is a proposal of Warren A. Lyon who also proposed a more functional cabin for the 911 series as he noticed the car designer is capable of building quite functional cabins with little space when observing the KIA SOUL that seats 5 or the old Audi A3 or A1 that also seats five people.
